When will I receive my TOAD® Diary or Journal?

You can expect to receive your custom Toad Diary, Journal or related product within 3-4 working days of placing your on-line order

How do I know if my order has been received?

We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as you've placed an order.

Can I add to/cancel my order?

Once you've confirmed and paid for an order, it's automatically produced, which means you're unable to add or delete items from this order. However, if you wish to order more, simply return to the site and repeat the process. At TOAD® we constantly aim for Outstanding! Customer Service and Happy Customers. So if there is any difference between what you believe you ordered and what is shown in your Sales Confirmation email (which you should receive within an hour or so of placing your order on-line) below, don't worry - simply let us know straight away. We've made it easy for you - just by click the link 'I have a query' in the Sales Confirmation email and fill in the appropriate box. That way we can get your requirements in time to make any changes. However, once the goods are dispatched we are unable to rectify any mistakes. Of course this does not affect your statutory rights and you'll note our Returns Policy always favours are valuable customers, meaning you can return your product for any reason whatsoever and receive an immediate and full refund

I’ve placed my order, what happens next?

As soon as we receive your order we send you a Sales Confirmation Email, which list the full details of your order, including all your personalised options. There is a link in the email for you to get back to us if you think there’s any difference between what you believe you ordered and what is detailed in your email.

As soon as we receive your order your specific requirements are scheduled immediately at our production unit.
The physical production of your custom-made product usually takes 1-2 working days*.  It is despatched by Franked Standard Royal Mail Parcel Post, which is usually delivered by Royal Mail within a further 1-2 working days.  Therefore, you should expect to receive your TOAD® product within 4 working days of placing your order on line

* Please note: Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, so please make allowance for the Bank Holiday Weekends and holiday times such as Christmas and Easter

What's the cost of delivery?

The cost of prevailing Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post, which varies according to parcel dimensions and parcel weight.

Can I get a copy of the invoice?

Simply go to 'my account' then 'orders' then 'view invoice' and print.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our online payment gateway provider is PaymentSense and the Merchant is First Data

Is there a discount on large orders? Post and packaging charged are discounted or free depending on the order size. Please check out our Multi-buy and Corporate pages for news on great discounts and offers.

Can I specify a day/date/time of delivery?

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. Unfortunately we're currently unable to hold back orders for subsequent delivery. We're looking to introduce this service level in the future.

When will my order be dispatched?

When we receive your order, your specific requirements are scheduled immediately at our production unit. It normally takes 2 working days for production and we despatch by Franked Standard Royal Mail Parcel Post, which is usually delivered by Royal Mail within 1-2 working days.

Therefore you can expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days of placing your order.

My order hasn’t arrived in the expected time, what should I do?

At TOAD® we are passionate about customer service. In the unusual event of an order taking longer than 7 working days and you wish to cancel or change your order, or require a refund, then absolutely no quibble! Let us know and we'll act immediately.

What's your returns policy?

Click on the 'Returns' tab to let us know if you wish to return your item(s) and enter the order reference. We'll send you a FREEPOST envelope to return the product to us. Once we've received the item we'll immediately credit your account with the full amount paid including postage and packaging.

How long do refunds take?

The refund will be credited to your account on the same working day we receive the returned goods.

How long does it take to receive a replacement item?

Within 3 working days of receiving the Returned item (if one is due).

I am experiencing a problem with login/adding items to my shopping basket.

Check if Cookies have been disabled in your Browser's security settings. Cookies are bits of information stored by your browser on your computer. Our Cookies don't contain any personal information, but they let us provide features such as 'Registered shopper' and save items in your shopping basket between visits. Making it easier for you. Most Web browsers automatically accept Cookies and we'd recommend doing this to get the best shopping experience.

I've forgotten my password.

Don't worry, it happens to us all. Click on the 'forgotten your password' link; tell us your email address and press retrieve. We'll send you an email reminder.

I want to change my password.

Simply click on 'my account' then 'change password'.

Is the site secure?

At TOAD® we take online security very seriously. All payments are processed through a secure server, which is certified using SSL technology.
This basically encrypts all your personal details including credit or debit card number, name and address. When you're ready to buy you'll enter our secure area where you'll see the Padlock icon, which allows you to view the SSL certificate (if you can't see the Padlock, check to make sure that you've not disabled the Status Bar in your View settings).
By using PayPal, TOAD® guarantees your data is secure. And all credit card transactions are protected by the Consumer Credit Act.
How it works

    1. Select your purchase and enter your order and deliver details.
    2. Your credit card details will be registered securely by PaymentSense
    3. You may be asked to enter your Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code password.
    4. PaymentSense will send you authorisation to confirm the transaction.

Are my details safe?

At TOAD® we respect your privacy and would never give your details to any outside agency. We know how annoying that can be. We are also Registered with the Data protection Registrar and are compliant with all Data Protection regulations.

How will my details be used?

We'll use your details to let you know of any new TOAD® offers and promotions, but only if you want us to.

Can my details be removed from the mailing list?

Go to 'my account' then 'account details' and uncheck the box 'receive updates from TOAD®.

What other languages does the diary come in?

At present the diaries are only available in English, however we'll soon be expanding our products to accommodate US and European versions.

How does TOAD® differ from other brands?

The date-flexible diary and associated custom options are unique to ToadR. Whenever you see the TOAD® logo, whether it's a diary, journal or personal organiser, you'll know that it's one of a kind. It's been carefully crafted, from the page layout, size, colour and binding all to suit the individual.

Can I buy a TOAD® diary on the high street?

At present TOAD® diaries are currently only available online but we are looking to develop a High-Street offering in the near future

TOAD® is committed to doing everything possible to reduce our environmental impact.
Our carefully chosen suppliers of materials and products for our range pride themselves on environmentally friendly production. Everything from the raw materials (certified by FSC), the finished product (digitally printed to reduce waste) to the environmentally friendly building, are fuelled by a conscious effort to reduce our environmental impact.
