Wiro-bound products are usually delivered within 3-4 working days of ordering. Hardbound products are usually delivered within 4-5 working days of ordering. (Please note: We use Royal Mail Standard Post - the vast majority of orders usually arrive by Royal Mail within 2 days of being despatched from us. However, Royal Mail sometimes experience delays, so it's best to allow an extra couple of days just in case. This is their own stated target: Second Class mail – a minimum of 98.5 per cent delivered within three working days. Not a problem, simply email help@toaddiaries.co.uk and quote the ORDER ID shown on your Sales Confirmation (an example Order ID is TOA034567). We will immediately cancel your order and refund your purchase in full. Then you may re-order according to your preference.

No matter what the issue, we'll sort it.  You should have received a Returns Form with your order.  If you have it, then please follow the simple instructions for a no-quibble response.  If you don't have your Returns Form  then please...

1) Return the item to us simply addressed 'FREEPOST TOAD' and pop it in the post.  It will get to us, no problem.

2) Be sure to include a note requesting either a Redo (if you have no changes) or a Refund.  

Important note: If you are wanting a Redo, but wanting different options, then we will need to refund the purchase in full so you may reorder according to your new preferences.  (We don't enter customers' order details because the products are bespoke and it is the customer's responsibility to enter and check that all details are correct).

For single-unit orders, the only options presently available are those on our website (which is increasing all the time). We are unable to do anything bespoke for single unit orders.

For ‘MultiBuy’ orders (minimum 20x units), we provide a fully bespoke service entirely free of charge. Please refer your requirement to MULTIBUY@TOADDIARIES.CO.UK

If all you require is your own logo or branding on the cover of one of our standard products (as shown on the website), there is a minimum order of 5x units. Please refer your requirement to MULTIBUY@TOADDIARIES.CO.UK

Yes, we deliver to most countries.  You will see the total postage charge at time of Checkout.  The cost will depend on the weight and volume of items in your Basket.

Please note, it will take several days for the order to reach you from time of ordering.  It will typically arrive within 10 days but allow up to 21 days.

In addition to your chosen date-flexible diary section, your customised diary includes: a section for Personal Details, a page of Notable Dates, 3 pages of Calendars (last year, current year, next year), a 2-page Current Year Planner, a 2-page Next Year Planner. The Diary-Journals products also include 80 sides of numbered Notes pages, with a handy Contents page at the beginning.

Yes we do, although not in every format. you can see the sizes available in the varying formats when you look at the options on our designer pages Alternatively you can click different A4 options on the Nav Bar under ‘Personalised Diaries & Notebooks’ followed by ‘Diaries by Size’

EXEC is really popular size – it’s bigger than A5 but smaller than A4. It has ‘look good’ proportions (177mm wide x 237mm height) and combines both a handy carry feel and plenty space to record all those important items.

Can I get an Invoice / VAT Receipt CLICK TO READ MORE

Yes. Simply login to the website and click ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page. You’ll see your profile and a list of all your orders. You can view/print your invoice there.

Yes we do, based on minimum spend. Here are the discount PromoCodes related to the minimum spend per order. Simply enter the PromoCode at CHECKOUT to see the discount applied and the savings you’ll make (discount doesn’t apply to postage costs). Minimum spend £30: PromoCode is ‘SAVE5%’ – this gives you 5% discount, Minimum spend £80: PromoCode is ‘SAVE10%’ – this gives you 10% discount, Minimum spend £180: PromoCode is ‘SAVE15%’ – this gives you 15% discount, Minimum spend £420: PromoCode is ‘SAVE20%’ – this gives you 20% discount, Also, please watch out for additional special offers from time-to-time as notified in our regular e-news.

Yes indeed we do, and for a wide range of businesses and organisations. Minimum orders of 5x units (if it’s only the cover that is bespoke) or 20x units if it involves the content being bespoke. We regularly fulfil large orders of scores, 100s and 1,000s of units for our customers and can meet all your bespoke and customised requirements. Our customers range from small to large businesses, clubs and societies, charities and many schools and educational establishments. We provide a full service, from design-composition-proof-sample, through to print, bind and finish. Or you can take an à la carte approach should you prefer to use your own design or print agency.
